Welcome! We are Niels van Unen and Bogi Horváth. Since 2020, we have lived in Csömör, a beautiful area just on the outskirts of Budapest.
Since 2023, we have been passionately helping international clients find their dream home in Hungary while managing the entire relocation and settlement process. We pride ourselves on being fluent in English, Hungarian, and Dutch.
Every year, hundreds of people relocate to Hungary, including retirees, remote workers, and families with children. I (Niels) moved to Hungary in 2020 and quickly discovered that there was much more to a move than just the property purchase—there was an entire world of administration that followed.
It proved nearly impossible to manage the process alone without speaking the Hungarian language: from initial negotiations with sellers to navigating complex government forms and bureaucracy.
